Our families live in Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Dunstable, Lowell, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro and Westford

ELIGIBILITY:


All families who participate in our program must have a child with a disability who is under 22, lives at home in one of the communities that we serve and is eligible for family support services through the Lowell area DMR.


Contact the Lowell DMR office if you are unsure of your eligibility.

TICKET REQUESTS AND RESERVATIONS

All requests are honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We encourage families to make requests for tickets and make reservations  online.

We allow tickets for immediate family members and one care provider.   Please, only request as many as you are certain to use so that we may serve the maximum number of families.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you obtain tickets, but cannot use them for any reason, please contact us at community-connections@community-connections.org so we can find another family who can use them.
