Lowell, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro and Westford
ELIGIBILITY:
All families who participate in
our program must have a child with a disability who is under 22, lives at
home in one of the communities that we serve and is eligible for family
support services
through the Lowell
area DMR.
Contact the
Lowell DMR office if you are unsure of your eligibility.
